Mental Health exercises

  • Arts and crafts: keeps the body hands active and trains the mind.

  • Jigsaw puzzles: challenges the brain and creates cognitive benefits

  • Playing cards (card matching game): trains the brain's hippocampus

  • Board Games (connect 4): fun activity to play with a friend or family.

  • Yoga or Meditation: helps to relax the muscles and calm down breathing

  • Listening to slow classical music: Helps to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and reduce anxiety.
